• Refunds are not available for completed coaching sessions.

• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance.

• Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice will be eligible for a full refund or can be rebooked at no extra cost.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours or missed appointments are non-refundable.
